Healing Souls by Telling Untold Stories

Watch the Music Video for “Border Wall”

We are all on a journey, where our futures are shaped by our past and present. We’ve all experienced things that have left us feeling hurt, pain, fear, shame, and anger. As a result, we feel disconnected from ourselves and from others around us. But to find our way back, we must embark on a journey of love and transformation.

“Breaking Bread: Songs of Reconciliation” is a three-part melodic invitation to make peace by letting go of the past and confronting the brokenness within ourselves, others, and the world. This collection of songs heals hearts by encouraging us to reconcile through connection and conversation.

“Breaking Bread: Songs of Reconciliation” is out now.

Thank You: There is never one person responsible for an album; it often takes a collective. Thank you to all of the musicians who played on “Breaking Bread: Songs of Reconciliation.” To my trusty sound engineer and guide that lit a path for me, Brian Connelly. My vocal coach, Lee Ferrish, whose notes kept me going during the pandemic. My creative team has made sure my brand and image stand for something.

Friends that I’ve met along the way who have inspired me—even the most random of encounters can become the inspiration for a song. My Monday night prayer group encouraged me to follow my dreams and visions.  The city of Nashville and the great state of California. Family and friends have supported me and told me they believed in me no matter what I was cooking up. And to my husband who has been a constant source of thoughtfulness as I’ve wandered down these streets. Lastly, but also firstly, to God who called a girl from California out to Nashville to make music to help people. It’s been quite the ride so far :)
